Uncertainty over the future of the two most important political positions in the Czech Republic continues. On Jan. 16, Czech acting Prime Minister Andrej Babis failed to win the confidence vote in parliament required to start his government's term. He and his Cabinet have agreed to resign and maintain a caretaker role until a new government is appointed. Meanwhile, it won't be clear whether Czech President Milos Zeman will serve another term until the country's presidential runoff election Jan. 26-27....
